Joseph Chiemerie Nigerian, 1999

Joseph Chiemerie, born the 2nd of November of 1999, is a self-taught artist. During his adolescense began to experiment doing portraits with pencils and charcoals, but soon his technique evolved bringing his visual language toward photorealism.

His style is composed of two levels of composition: the objects and people on the foreground reach a hyperrealistic quality while the backgrounds are usually blurred and alienated from the primary context. He uses a very delicate soft drawing and pastel colors.
